Past/Present/Future
Past: We would like to share with you a little about our church family. We are a fairly new church being constituted in November of 2004. Before that time we were being sponsored by Northwoods Church in Evansville, Indiana. We began meeting together for prayer in October 2003, and had our first worship service in November at the Mahrenholz Center located across the Memorial Bridge on IL. Hwy. 33. The center was previously an elementary school and was a great place to gather together as Christ's church. In November of 2004 we began meeting at our present location on the corner of 10th/Wabash Ave, Vincennes IN.
Present: We now have a membership of 146, with an average attendance of 120 during Sunday Worship, and 40 on Wednesdays. We have had the privilege of baptizing 50 people since our beginning, and the Lord just continues to bless us.
We have Small Groups (S.S.) for all ages every Sunday at 9:15 AM with Sunday Worship starting at 10:30 AM. We also have Wednesday Evening Worship at 7 PM. There is a nursery, Children's Church, Kid's Connection and Youth Group, something for the whole family.
"Home Groups" are also meeting on different evenings, which is a small group ministry. We will be learning about building relationships and spiritual maturity.

Where's
God taking us?
We will be a "Living Church" with genuine worship incorporating true biblical teaching and contemporary music. Prayer will be a vital part of our worship experience where we will be dedicated to praying for and with others.
We will focus on children and youth ministries by instilling God's word, understanding that our children and youth are the future of God's church.
Small groups (SS & Home Groups) will provide opportunities for fellowship, personal interaction and a deeper understanding of God's word.
Within 5 years we will have a worship facility seating 500 people with an educational wing and family recreation center residing on 10 acres of land in a highly visible location.
In obedience of God's word, our mission will be to dedicate ourselves to the physical and spiritual needs of our local community and wherever God leads.
This is our focus for the future. We want to connect as many people as we can to Christ, and after connecting them to Christ we want to help them grow in the Christian faith by connecting them to the ministry of the church. We are excited about growing, and we hope that you will come and grow with us.
